Esther loves spots. Big ones, small ones, lots of them. She has an amazing eye for colour, bringing together bold and unexpected combinations that make her work instantly recognisable.
For Inside exhibition at Aspex Portsmouth, Esther created a large-scale spotted 1950s kitchen, exploring autistic overwhelm and sensory overload through colour, pattern and repetition.
A familiar space, completely transformed, and unmistakably Esther.
